the provision of our service to you.

will not share your data unless required to do so by law or unless we have your consent.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored and will only be retained for as long as is necessary for
the purposes outlined in this document or for as long as the law requires us to:
- We keep service user details for 6 months.
- Financial information are required by law to be kept for 6 years after the end of the
last financial year
- Gift Aid records are required by law to be kept for 6 years after last transaction/gift.
- Email data for newsletter – until you unsubscribe
After these time scales, your personal data will either be anonymised or destroyed/deleted.

have one month to respond to you.
